Quill TC provides administrative transaction coordination for real-estate transactions. Quill TC is not a real-estate broker, law firm, lender, or financial adviser and does not provide legal, brokerage, or financial advice. Contractual decisions remain with the parties and their licensed representatives.
SMS messaging program
Quill TC sends text messages only to individuals who have opted in themselves by submitting their own mobile number and affirmatively selecting a separate, unchecked SMS consent box on a Quill TC consent or onboarding form. Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving Quill TC services. A number found in a purchase contract or provided by another person is not consent and is not texted.
Opted-in participants may receive transaction-related document requests, signature reminders, deadline notices, status updates, and two-way coordination.
- Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per week during an active transaction.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages.
- Reply HELP for help, or email bryce@quill.tc.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use
You agree to use Quill TC services only in connection with bona fide real-estate transactions and to provide accurate information. Service may be suspended for misuse, unlawful activity, or abuse of communication channels.
Disclaimers
Services are provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quill TC disclaims implied warranties and limits aggregate liability to fees paid for the affected transaction coordination services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
