Quill TC uses two voluntary web-form opt-in paths. Buyers and sellers use a private link emailed by Quill TC, with their represented-side agent copied. Represented-side agents use their private onboarding form. The SMS fields and disclosure appear exactly as shown below.

The agent may leave the mobile field and checkbox blank and still finish onboarding.

Consent is individual and voluntary. Buyer and seller consent records include the submitted number, timestamp, and wording version. Agent onboarding records the submitted number and consent timestamp. Numbers obtained from a contract, an agent, or another person are never treated as consent.
